This premium flake is a technological breakthrough with numerous advantages over traditional flakes. Due to the unique manufacturing process nutrients are retained longer and flakes are more highly concentrated. This process “gelatinizes” the starches which encapsulates the proteins to protect them from oxidation and breaking down. Only the highest quality food ingredients are used. All flakes contain a full complement of proteins, fatty acids, color enhancers, full vitamin supplementation and stabilized Vitamin C.
